Small companies suit Denmark

UntitledThe number of people employed by large companies is notably smaller in Denmark. Historically, Sweden has been an industrial land with forestry and mining and a large engineering industry. Denmark is home to Vestas, the world’s largest wind energy producer, and Mærsk, the world’s largest container shipping company and a large pharmaceutical industry. But Denmark is dominated by small and medium-sized companies, which results in lower productivity.
